A small girl in unglazed bisque wearing a grand tiered ball gown — ringleted hair, puffed sleeves, and row upon row of ruffles flouncing to the floor, her head tipped shyly toward the flowers gathered in her arms. A little Southern belle in miniature.

  • The stacked ruffles are made for two-tone edging and pastel washes
